Job Description:
We are medical clinic located in Toronto at Yonge and Eglinton.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role provides front-line support greeting patients as they come into the clinic and managing front office duties, including but not limited to:
- Booking and scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
- Establishing excellent customer service with the patients
- Registering clients and verifying health cards
- Confirmation and Reminder Calls
- Communication and relaying information to patients
- Accounts receivable
- Administrative support to practitioners
Education and Qualifications:
- One to Two years in a medical office
- Two years customer service experience
- Medical Secretary Diploma
- Excellent computer skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
