The Master of Arts degree in leadership is program designed for working professionals. Our leadership curriculum is designed to be completed within 26 months.  Our program is based on a foundation of servant leadership and transformational leadership competency enhancement.

Years 1 & 2 in the MAL Program  consists of 4 weeks of classroom based seminar learning on campus at Trinity Western University and 3 online learning courses throughout the year. Year 3  in the MAL Program consists of 2 weeks of classroom based seminar learning on campus at Trinity Western University and completion of a major capstone project.

There are 5 specialized streams and general streams:

Business Leadership – this stream is targeted for emerging business leader and entrepreneurs in the for-profit business sector

Christian Ministry Leadership - this stream is targeted for your emerging Christian leaders

Education Leadership – this stream is targeted for mid-career teachers who wish to move into leadership roles in the education sector
Health leadership- this stream is targeted for mid-career health professionals who wish to move into leadership roles in the health sector

Non Profit Leadership – this stream is targeted for emerging leaders in the non-profit sector

The MAL Program achieves many outcomes including enhanced leadership capacity across many diverse organizations – our learners and graduates regularly receive pay increases and significant  career promotions.
