Learning Disabilities Association – Vancouver’s mission is to provide community-based programs, raise public awareness, promote early identification and remediation of children with learning disabilities, and pursue collaborative efforts that will directly enhance the quality of life of people with learning disabilities and their families. Volunteer tutors are needed for our one to one homework club. Orientation and training will be provided. This is a valuable experience to accumulate volunteer hours for entrance into the Bachelor of Education/Professional Development Program or the Special Education Assistant Program.
